# Línea Transparente: ethics hotline and fraud risk (Méderi, 2013)

In 2013 Luis Edgar Parra Salas created, on personal initiative, Méderi's Línea Transparente, an ethics hotline to prevent fraud and corruption that was in place before it was mandatory, and added fraud and corruption risk to the Integrated Risk Management System of a high-complexity hospital network.
